 To maximize fresh ingredient storage, the Infrico IRT-MPG1490-COMBO pizza prep table features a refrigerated salad top and a two-section refrigerated base. This 58.63-inch-wide by 27.50-inch-deep by 55.38-inch-high unit's granite workspace exudes an upscale appearance and provides a smooth, durable surface that's simple to clean before and after prep. Above the worktop, the refrigerated, top-mounted ingredient storage includes five third-size stainless steel food pans to organize toppings and maintain product freshness. A customer-facing shield protects ingredients from contamination while granting staff access. The table's refrigerated base features two field-reversible, polyurethane-insulated doors that prop open when pushed past 95 degrees. Two 12.80-inch-wide by 20.88-inch-deep plastic-coated wire shelves are built into the refrigerated base and can be removed for thorough cleaning. To expel residue, a drain is built into the base. Staff can transport this table for cleaning and servicing with ease because it's mounted on 4-inch casters.
