 For low-volume pizza-prep applications, the Intrico IRT-MR41EN prep table unit's stainless steel top accommodates five third-size food pans and includes an insulated lid to maintain product freshness, pan divider bars to separate contents, and a removable polyethylene cutting board to provide a food-safe chopping surface. Beneath the stainless steel workspace, its refrigerated base features two removable, plastic-coated wire shelves that can support 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. The base is built with one insulated, self-closing door that can be locked as needed. Made of durable, rust- and wear-resistant stainless steel, this 413⁄8-inch-wide by 325⁄8-inch-deep by 401⁄4-inch-high unit is durable enough to endure frequent back-of-house use. Its 4-inch casters facilitate transport for cleaning and maintenance, with two locks for stability.
