 inches high, it’s simple to maneuver on 4-inch diameter casters. This prep table’s design consists of a 32-inch granite work surface for crafting customized sandwiches and salads. To increase storage potential in delis or pizzerias, the base provides 27 cubic feet of usable storage space. It holds two plastic-coated wire shelves per section that are supported with extra-dense stainless steel tray slides to withstand frequent use. Users should note that during stocking, these doors stay open past 95 degrees and self-close if left ajar.





 This Infrico IRT-MR93-GT pizza prep table is built-in with a self-contained refrigeration system, which is side mounted for simple maintenance and installation. This system facilitates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant from the front, back, and sides of the unit—holding the internal cavity between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally friendly operation. For longevity, the condensing unit is extractable, while the evaporator coils are coated in anti-corrosive material. The full unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability and resistance to corrosion and damage.
