Its patented linear impingement heating technology, paired with independently controlled top and bottom infrared emitters, ensures consistent and even cooking results. The ventless design with an internal catalytic converter eliminates the need for external ventilation, making this countertop oven ideal for various kitchen setups. FlexTemp™ dynamic temperature management adjusts temperatures by 25 degrees Fahrenheit in either direction between cooking cycles, providing precision for a wide range of recipes.
