Featuring 5 cooking programs that allow you to save your favorite recipes, this circulator allows for heating of a wide variety of food. It includes precise temperature control between 86 and 212 degrees Fahrenheit and a bright LED display to keep track of temperature and working time. With this amount of control, you can be sure your food never overcooks and your preferred internal temperatures are reached.




 With its compact, space-saving design and handle this unit is easy to store and move. Its adjustable clamp is also suitable for use with pots having a depth of at least 6 1/2".
